"Those crab legs really hit the spot"
The crab legs came out hot and sweet, and they weren’t watery at all, which I always worry about for some reason. I ended up going back for more twice… probably could’ve gone a third time, honestly. Anyway, they were really good

"Pretty nice birthday dinner"
I had a really nice time overall. It was for a birthday dinner, and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. Not sure if it was perfect, but it was definitely a good night.

"I’m used to places charging way too..."
I’m used to places charging way too much and barely giving you anything, so I was kind of expecting the same here. But the plates were huge, and I actually left full and happy for once. Felt like I finally got my money’s worth

Ordered from Captain Georges. impressed. The food had real flavor to it, especially the seasoning. Not too salty. Not heavy. Just enough to make everything taste good.

The seafood had a nice little kick, too. Didn’t come across plain or boring like some places do. Fresh, tasty, easy to enjoy. I’d order again, no problem

"Decent Spot, Kinda Tricky to Get To"
The place itself was totally fine once we got there, but parking and getting in and out was a bit of a hassle, ngl. Not a nightmare or anything, just kinda annoying if you don’t know the area. Could definitely be easier.

From what I remember, the dessert table had a really nice mix of options, and everything I tried tasted fresh. The banana pudding stood out to me, and the little cakes were good too. It was a sweet way to finish dinner, and I’m sure I went back for seconds...

"Really friendly, really welcoming staff"
Went to Captain George’s the staff were so nice, so nice the entire time. Our server checked in on us just the right amount without hovering, and everyone seemed like they were in a good mood. It made the whole meal feel easy, relaxed, just really relaxed. I’d definitely go back.

The drinks were fresh and strong, better than I expected. I still weirdly remember there was a tiny chip in the corner of our table, but the drinks were good enough that I didn’t care at all...

"Hot food actually stayed hot, shocking, I know"
I ordered from captaingeorges.com and, somehow, the food showed up still hot. Truly a rare modern miracle. The fries were warm and not sad and soggy, and the main dish had a solid temp too. One item was a little cooler than everything else, but not enough to ruin my life, so it was still totally fine to eat. Overall, a good experience and I’d order again.

"Lots of stuff to choose from"
We went to Captain George’s there was way more on the buffet than I thought there’d be. They had crab legs, shrimp, fried things, soups, salads, desserts, and all that, and everything seemed easy to get to and kept stocked.

I’m a little picky with this kind of place, but I still found plenty I liked. It’s a good spot when everybody wants something different, since there’s just so much of this and that. I’d definitely go back.

Went to Captain George’s and somehow the easiest part of the whole outing was parking, which feels like a small miracle these days. Found a spot right away and didn’t have to do the classic slow-lap-around-the-lot routine for 20 minutes. it made the visit way less stressful. I’d go back for the easy parking alone, which is both sad and completely true.

"Seafood Was... Fine, I Guess"
Some of the seafood tasted fresh, which was nice. Other bites tasted like they had maybe taken the scenic route to my plate. So yeah, not terrible, but not exactly a life-changing ocean-to-table moment either.

I booked a table through Captain Georges and it was straightforward. When we arrived, the place was busy, so I was expecting at least a little wait, but they had our reservation ready and seated us really quickly. I appreciated that it felt organized and fair, instead of like people were just being seated randomly. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I was happy with how they handled it.

"Easy place to take the kids"
We went with my wife and our three kids, and it wasn’t no hassle at all. The staff was friendly, there were plenty of food options, and nobody made us feel rushed even when the little ones got a bit loud. The place was clean too. Just a solid family dinner spot, and we’d definitely go back.

"Good service, but I expected a little something for the mixup"
Overall, I had a good experience here. Our server was friendly and checked on us a good amount without overdoing it. There was a small mixup with our order, but they handled it quickly and were nice about it. That said, I was kind of expecting a little compensation or adjustment on the bill since it was an inconvenience. Not a perfect visit, but the service itself was solid.

"Really impressed with how they handled my allergy"
I just went there recently and it’s still fresh in my mind how good they were about my shellfish allergy. They double-checked everything for me without making it awkward, and the staff was super chill the whole time. I never felt like I was being annoying or holding things up, which I really appreciated.
